These Terms govern all interactions with Orion Drone Productions (“the Company”) via our website oriondrones.co.uk.

2. Services

We provide custom drone shows (e.g., weddings, events). Specific terms (dates, locations, pricing) are confirmed via written proposals or booking forms.

3. Booking & Payments

• A non-refundable 30% deposit confirms your booking; balance is due 14 days before the event.

• Cancellation fees apply:

  • 30 days notice: deposit retained

  • 14–30 days: 50% of total fee

  • <14 days: full fee

4. Intellectual Property

Drone show designs, patterns, and content remain our IP. Clients may request permission to share produced photos or videos, but all drafts and materials remain our property.

6. Liability

We maintain insurance for drone operations. We are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or event delays beyond our control (e.g. weather, venue restrictions).

7. GDPR & Data Protection

We protect your personal data per our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, available on our website.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time; significant changes will be communicated via email or indicated on site.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by English law. Disputes fall under English courts’ jurisdiction.
